A little idea from a Physics class...
Fire Chicken is a student-led business that sells merchandise featuring teachers (don't worry, we have consent!). We wanted to raise funds for Senegal, but we knew we could do something more creative than a standard, one-day bake sale. The idea actually started while we were sitting in physics class, realizing we wanted a tangible, creative way to remember our teacher by. We wanted to build something lasting that creates real impact abroad while bringing people together on campus. High school can sometimes feel divided. By creating a shared campus initiative and a common purpose outside of traditional grading and lectures, we are breaking down classroom barriers and building a tighter, more connected school community.
